General:

You must be a paid Member or active Associate of the IntiSolutions Group to qualify for Referral Rewards

Applications for Referral Rewards must be qualified by The IntiSolutions Group to be eligible for reimbursement.

Any Referral that would result in a Conflict of Interest will not be entertained.

Current Members of The IntiSolutions Group cannot refer each other.

Referral Awards are deducted from your annual membership fee or your monthly management fee.

Referrals must be registered on the IntiSolutions Web Site to be considered as part of the Referral Program.

Referral Rewards start Net 30 days after the first day of work for the Referred Associate.

Referral Rewards end at the time of Termination of the Associate's Contract.

There is no expiry date on a Referral once it is submitted.

If an Opportunity is submitted by more than one member of the IntiSolutions Group, the first instance posted on the web site qualifies for Referral Rewards.

Referrals cannot be the forwarding of a posting on a website or other publically available source.

If Referral Rewards exceed your management fees, you will be paid on a monthly basis (and be offered a job in sales!)

Associate Referrals:

Associate Referrals must be hired by a Client to in order for Referral Rewards to be released.

Position Referrals:

Should have following attributes:

• An Identified Client that The IntiSolutions Group can contact
• A Position Description
• A Start Date
• Contract Term
• Budgeted Rate

Flow Through Referrals:

Flow Through Referrals are counted when an Independent Contractor becomes an Associate of The IntiSolutions Group.

To Qualify as a Flow Through, the candidate must not be bound by any non-compete agreements.

Flow Through Rewards are 50% of Regular Rewards

The IntiSolutions Group must be the billing agent in order for Referral Rewards to be released.

Flow Through Rewards are paid Net 30 upon the first billing of the Associate
