“On a side note,  I am going to speak with my agency this week coming up, I saw my bill rate that that they charge my boss, and in return they give me approximately 56% of that.  If I do not receive an increase from them I am going to leave my agency, and sadly leave my boss for for 6 months. 

I would like to return back to my boss hopefully as a contractor under your company – of course if that works for you…”

As former Contractors ourselves, we thought there had to be a better way to place contractors, a way where everyone would benefit more, and have a transparent financial relationship. Our solution:

The IntiSolutions Straight Through Contracting Model

Here's an example of how it works:

The Associate's rate is agreed to be $80.00 / hour.

Our Client pays $80.00 / hour to IntiSolutions.

The Associate receives $80.00 hour less our flat rate management fee..

It Seems Simple Enough, but here are the benefits:

 

1. The Client gets the quality person they are paying for
2. The Contractor earns their true market value
3. IntiSolutions has no interest in the rate paid, - but has complete interest in landing the right person for the job
4. The management fee is the same for everyone - regardless of the rate earned whether it's $40.00 or $400.00 / hour
   
5. The management fee is charged to the contractor - and it is 100% tax deductable from his or her incorporated company
   
6. Everyone is aware of what the Management Fee is so it's factored into the rate to be agreed upon
   
7. The Associate earns more, the Client pays less - so we can provide the best Associate for the money
8. IntiSolutions is not motivated to manipulate rates, because our economic success is not based on the margin between the two parties.
   
9. Overtime is unburdened - because it's a flat rate.
