The IntiSolutions Straight Through Cost Model
Where The Client Rate = The Associate Rate

As former Contractors ourselves, we thought there had to be a better way to place contractors, a way where everyone would benefit more, and have a transparent financial relationship. Our solution:

    The Straight Through Cost Model

Here's an example of how it works:

    • The Associate's rate is agreed to be $80.00 / hour.
    • Our Client pays $80.00 / hour.
    • The Associate gets $80.00 hour less our management fee..

Benefits that are realized by this model:

    • Everyone is aware of what the Management Fee is so it's factored into the rate to be agreed upon.
    • The Associate earns more, the Client pays less - so we can provide the best Associate for the money
    • IntiSolutions is not motivated to drive the contractor's rate down, and charge our client as much as we can, because our economic success is not based on the margin between the two parties.

What Does this Mean to You?

    1. Demonstrated Savings of 10% - 30% On Every Position We Fill

    2. No Margin Added to Associate's Rates

    3. Associates Invest in a Reasonable FIXED Monthly Management Fee

    4. There's no hourly commission

    5. There's more financial investment in those doing the work

    Our Guiding Principles

    1. IntiSolutions NEVER has an Hourly Charge for our Services

    2. All Services are charged on a Flat Rate Monthly Management Expenditure

    3. Our Clients focus should be an investment in the Associate - not The IntiSolutions Group

    4. IntiSolutions costs should be transparent to all parties

    5. Your financial commitment to The IntiSolutions Group should be finite
